BrightBurn School is a community-based institution dedicated to fostering education for children from poor and vulnerable families in Kabiria, Nairobi. The school provides education, healthcare, and support for the economic welfare of its learners through community empowerment.
Our History
BrightBurn School was founded in May 2008 to serve children from disadvantaged families who could not access public or high-cost private schools. Established in Satellite Kabiria, Nairobi, the school began as a community initiative to meet educational and welfare needs. Today, it serves about 250 children aged 3 to 15 years, providing primary education up to Standard Eight, healthcare support, and community empowerment initiatives. Over the years, it has impacted over 1,500 children and continues to work with government ministries and NGOs to improve children’s welfare.
